The clinic opened in September of 2014, at 1709 Ridgefield Rd in Thibodaux.
Its mission is treat patients on a sliding fee scale basis, regardless of whether they have insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, or no insurance.
Standard of Quality and Excellence
This health center receives HHS funding and has Federal Public Health Service (PHS) deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.
