We offer safe and effective evidence-based and personalized behavioral health services, including clinical assessments, diagnosis, therapy, treatment planning, and medication management.  We also offer comprehensive mental health services for children (aged 5 and up) and adults, as well as Screening, Brief Intervention, and Referral to Treatment (SBIRT) for those adults and adolescents at risk for substance use disorders. For those requiring more intensive substance use treatment, a referral for appropriate services will be provided.

Through our Teche Health mobile unit, we are able to bring a wide range of healthcare services out into the communities we serve to better assist people with mobility or transportation limitations. Patients of Teche have access to extended hours at certain sites.

We offer quality dental care to help our patients maintain their dental health and oral hygiene. Services range from simple teeth cleaning and exams to more involved procedures such as dentures, fillings and root canals.

We provide comprehensive healthcare services for adults of all ages, conditions and income levels, with the unyielding goal of giving you compassionate, high-quality care.

We have an in-house laboratory at our facilities, allowing us to provide patients with a wide range of medical tests of blood, urine and stool samples to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of various diseases and disorders.

Our clinic offers board-certified and/or board-eligible providers who focus on physical and mental well-being, preventative care, and conditions unique to or affecting female patients. Our practice also offers complete care navigation, providing direct referrals for prenatal care, labor and delivery management, and postpartum recovery services.

We have a variety of certified specialists on staff to assist our patients with issues with Medicare, Medicaid and the Affordable Care Act. The patient assistance team also engages in community outreach, visiting local schools, hospitals, churches and public events to educate people about health issues and provide local health resources.

Our pediatric team provides caring and compassionate medical care for children of all ages, from infants to young adults. Services include physicals, immunizations, treatment of minor injuries, and care for certain types of medical conditions.

Our Franklin, Morgan City, and Houma clinics have an in-house pharmacy for patients of Teche Health, where you can pick up your prescriptions or take advantage of mail-order refills. Our in-house pharmacies are staffed by licensed pharmacists, capable of answering any questions you have about your medication.

Our Franklin and Thibodaux locations have licensed podiatrists who provide specialized care for ailments of the foot and lower legs.

Our team of licensed medical professionals are available for all of your day-to-day healthcare needs and will guide you to the right course of care.

You can now receive care anywhere as Teche Health is now offering Telehealth Services to all patients!

Teche Health offers enrollment assistance to community members who qualify for the WIC program (Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children). WIC provides supplemental foods and nutrition education for low-income pregnant, breastfeeding, and non-breastfeeding postpartum women, and for infants and children up to age five who are found to be at nutritional risk. Our staff can provide pregnant women and new mothers with education and helpful information about proper nutrition, breastfeeding, immunizations, and other issues that affect the health of their children.
