Teche Action Clinic announces the re-opening of the Acadian Elementary School-Based Health Center!
On Thursday, October 14, 2021, Teche Action Clinic will be re-opening its Acadian Elementary School-Based Health Clinic, located at 1020 Saadi Street, Houma, LA 70636. The clinic will resume its normal hours of operation from 7:15 am – 3:15 pm, Monday through Friday. Please call (985) 876-8465 to schedule an appointment.
As a health care system, Teche Action Clinic is able to provide care to our patients at any alternative site if their primary office is not open. We are also offering telehealth visits for any patients in need of remote services.
